I am trying to gain girth and length from my loss of penis size after it was injured in an IED explosion in Afghanistan in 2009 during the OEF war.

Greetings, I'd recommend penis stretching with your STILL-ON Systems first, then use your penis pump, and then jelq. This is because the pump will enlarge you a lot more in girth and in the next hour it will start to go back. We want the silicone to fit your natural girth as best as possible. Also jelqing involves lube and the silicone that goes on the penis for stretching might get slick. So stick to stretching first.
I don't have much experience with Jelqing as I haven't done it. If anyone reading this has experience please feel free to chime in!

This is very conservative below for beginners, but you should be able to determine when your body is comfortable to go up in time and tension. Some men feel so comfortable that they stretch their penis daily right away, but I'm always more conservative that starting slow is good for you and your body. Stretching sessions are less than extenders because STILL-ON Systems pull harder than extenders, so your exercise can be less time.

Benninger | 10-20 minutes each stretching session to start the first two weeks 3 times 5-7 days a week. Take 5-10 minute breaks if you will continue stretching after a session or space them out.
